Mr. James is "God sent"! Best Lawyer ever! Ever Affordable! The title pretty much sums it up for me! Mr. James was definitely heaven sent. I looked through tons of sites of lawyers and was given an array of fees, some out of this world, and promises that I will be able to get off of probation for a felony DWI. Just to have a clue of what I was getting my self in, I did some research. Mothers against drunk driving organizations are very prevalent all through out Texas. There isn't getting off the probation. So I was thinking to myself, why would I pay an arm and a leg for false promises. So I was back to square one. I then inputed my information and shortly after I received a message stating that he was a friend of my judge and know for sure I won't be able to get of early , but on the bright side may be able to get the conditions modified. Finally, someone who "kept it real" and honest. I hired Mr. James and no time ( right at 2 weeks) I was given a date for my hearing. Yesterday, I went before the judge not knowing what to expect. Not even a good 15 minutes later, all fees for the remainder of my probation (2 years) waived, released from in home device of known as the infamous breathlyzer i had to blow in 3 times a day since 8/4/2014, and was noted I could also do the mail in reporting. I can say Mr James and Rebecka (his fellow Lawyer who stood in his place yesterday) went above and beyond for me. I couldn't ask for anything better!! I have them on speed dial just incase anyone needs them!

Scott and his team are awesome. Rebekah handled my case when they were trying to charge me with felony possession of a firearm. Cops came to pick me up, I was in handcuffs, and Rebekah got them to let me go. This team is top notch and Scott exudes a confidence that is hard to match. There's no bs with this team. Highly recommended!!!

Above and Beyond!! Scott was hired by my brother to handle his case which was of a very serious nature. He has been extremely helpful and attentive to all of my brother's needs. My brother recently had a pretrial detention hearing to determine if he would have to be detained in county jail while awaiting trial. Scott went above and beyond in preparing his case for this hearing. In fact, the attending judge noted that she had not seen the amount of evidence Scott presented for this type of hearing in her career. Scott had prepared over 27 pages of documents citing numerous cases and precedent to support his arguments. It was amazing! At that point I felt that my brother had hired the right attorney for the job and I'm very confident that he is in good hands with Scott. I am very lucky to have found Scott to be my attorney. Scott faught until the very last minute and then some to get me a very GOOD deal on my sentence. Scott Palmer is relentless. He kept pushing and pushing and just when I thought I might have to plea.He looked somemore untill finally they realized they didn't have a case and it was dismissed. That's four cases Scott has had dismissed for me.

Great lawyer. Got my felony dropped to misdemeanor probation. Got probation reduced from 2 years to one. Got mtr dropped to just a few added requirements while on probation.
