Words cannot begin to explain how grateful I am for Scott Palmer and his team. From the day I first met Scott, Rebecca, David, Russell, and the other team members I felt like I had someone who not only was going to have my back but ensure that justice would prevail, and it did. The level of respect and communication throughout the process was outstanding and I greatly appreciate all of the efforts from Scott and his team. Scott and associates, ESPECIALLY Rebekah Perlstein have taken an extraordinary interest in reaching the best outcome for my son. They all worked huge number of hours and answered every question we had immediately during a frightful time for us. They calmed our nerves and promised to do the best they could. They walked use through every process, especially because we were hamstrung by the pandemic. I never dreamed I would find my family in a criminal case. Their best turned out to be even more than we hoped for in the end. I cannot imagine what our lives would look like now if not for Rebecca, Scott and Mike. To those inclined to read this review, I urge you to continue, even though it is long. The work The Scammahorn Law Firm performed for me has freed up my life; based on my experience, you should give serious and priority consideration to asking for this firms help to resolve your tax disputes. I needed help to resolve legitimate and significant errors I made in returns over several years; in other words, an unpleasant reckoning and a complicated situation. After 16 months of attempting on my own, I was not making any progress with the IRS. Scott met with me for an overview of my case; with days the firm started building context with my files and background. Within a couple months an Offer in Compromise was drafted. The pandemic dramatically slowed the IRS, but the IRS and the firm advised me periodically of the status. Last week I received both IRS and Scammahorn Law Firm notice the case was resolved in a dramatic fashion in my favor; over $100,000 was forgiven. It would have taken the remainder of my life to pay that debt. They are professionals and were careful to not build my expectations and to remain attentive to IRS communications.
