Scott is a fantastic attorney. He was able to get a bogus marijuana charge dismissed and expunged very quickly. I highly recommend Scott and his team for any charges you may have.

I worked with Scott Palmer years ago and I must say he worked miracles for me! He is genuinely concerned with your situation. He answers calls after hours and walks you through everything and is straight up. He doesn’t fill your head with empty promises but works for you to get the best outcome he thinks is possible. If you don’t want the typical lawyer working for you and you want a real chance, hire Scott.

Let me start off with my case was dismissed. Scott and Rebekah were amazing. I was in need of a lawyer and I reached out to Scott on a SUNDAY and since then I did not have an issue getting a hold of him or Rebekah. Both kept me calm throughout my process as they were professional, honest, clear and positive about the whole situation. Definitely, the right people to go to when you need them.

As an attorney the highest recommendation I can give any attorney is to hire them to represent me in my own case, which I did with Scott Palmer. One thing I have learned over the past 20-plus years of practicing law is that all attorneys are not created equal. Prior to being falsely accused of a crime I had never spoken with Scott Palmer and only knew of him by reputation. I have a relative who is a former law enforcement officer who had dealt with Scott Palmer during litigation involving his department. He was very impressed with Mr. Palmer even though they were on different sides of the litigation (Scott Palmer sued my relative and his department). He gave Scott Palmer his highest recommendation. After a tremendous amount of research, investigation, and legal briefing Scott Palmer got the charge against me dropped and my case dismissed. You do not always get what you pay for but in Scott Palmer's case you do. He was money well spent and I would do it again without hesitation.

Scott Palmer and Rebekah Perlstein are top notch felony defense attorneys. I know from firsthand experience. The worst day of my life was when I was charged with a second degree felony carrying 2 to 10 years in prison. I had hired and fired two law firms before by chance I came to their website. From the very first contact to the day they told me they were able to get my case dismissed they were professional and awesome in every way. Thats right, I said dismissed. The other attorneys were prepping me for a long hard legal road ahead of me, but with the Palmer Law Firm it was different. They were in my corner and on my side from square one, believing in my innocence and standing up to defend me the way only good defense attorneys with seasoned experience can. My life is still not back to the way it was prior to the arrest, but thank God I hired Scott Palmer to defend me because he and his team including Rebekah Perlstein performed nothing short of a miracle in my case. If Scott (and his team) can’t do it, nobody can in my opinion. But, if other attorneys can’t do it, there is a good chance Scott can, and that’s coming from my experience. If you are ever facing a felony charge give Scott Palmer and Rebekah Perlstein a call. It’s the best thing you can do.

Niles has been a source of strength for our family during a time when we felt our lowest and had lost hope. He was especially patient and kind to my parents. My dad doesn’t hear well or understand the process. He would patiently explain all new developments as they were happening. Sometimes, he would call me so I could explain it to my dad when he felt my dad didn’t understand. He always wanted to make sure we were fully informed at all times. He helped us to feel hope again. The best part is that Niles won the case for my brother! We could not have asked for a better attorney. I’m so glad he was referred to us and that we never gave up.
