Scott Palmer is absolutely the person you want on your side if you or a loved one are facing unexpected legal trouble. He went above and beyond what any other attorney in DFW was willing to do on a Sunday morning (from his son’s sports game, no less!). Within minutes he managed to contact a judge and secure a bond we were initially told could take days to be set. My loved one was released within hours, and managed to avoid a very long and inefficient process thanks to Scott’s contacts and quick action. He communicated with me via call and text throughout the entire process and was immediately responsive to any issues that arose along the way. He turned a very scary and overwhelming experience into something manageable - I’m so grateful for him!

I was referred to Scott Palmer and followed up with an interview in his office on behalf of a friend who was incarcerated. Scott was very direct and wasted no time giving me direct and candid answers based on the information that I provided. Scott took on a case in which his new client had a long history of one bad decision after another which undoubtedly made matters more complicated. Even after Scott took the case the client’s bad decisions did not cease. Scott stuck with it through what I am I sure was a frustrating assignment. The client was unavoidably sentenced but through Scotts legal efforts, personal counseling and encouragement the client is due for release from very serious charges in less that 1 year and seems to have turned their life around. The client considers Scott a good friend an ally and holds him in the highest regard as do I. God forbid that I every need representation myself, Scott’s cell phone is imbedded in all my contact lists.

Scott Palmer is the most responsive lawyer I've ever hired. He went above and beyond to get my bond set, recover my property, and eventually get my case thrown out. I highly recommend Scott Palmer for all criminal legal issues.

If you find yourself in need of an attorney this is the guy for you. He was able to secure my release from jail on a Sunday of a 3 day holiday weekend. When everyone else was saying nothing can be done he got results in a matter of minutes. I hope to never need those types of services again but I will be keeping his number for any future issues and will refer my friends and family to him. Great job and thank you for getting me back to my family so expeditiously.

I got myself into a bind that had serious consequences. I was so stressed out thinking about what it meant for my future and career. I researched Dallas's best attorneys and came across Scotts name. I went for a consultation with him along with a couple other attorneys I came across in my search. Scott was the only attorney who took my call on his personal cell while the others I had to contact by office and speak to receptionists. When we met, Scott could tell I was shaken but he reassured me he was more than capable of handling this. He advised me of about 3 or 4 outcomes that could likely be my result - a dismissal being the best case scenario but given the events I knew that was unlikely. I put my trust in him and Rebekah and went forward with them. All throughout the process both Scott and Rebekah made it very easy to communicate with via cell or email anytime I needed them. The two of them worked magic and fought to get my case dismissed! I was so happy I couldn't believe it. I am glad I made the decision to hire them. Thank you Scott and Rebekah for all your efforts.
