The best decision I ever made contacting them after an IRS Due Diligence EITC audit on one of my tax preparers. This tax prepared has been preparing tax returns for 18 years and had gone through two other EITC due diligence audits without any issues but for some reason this time the IRS agent hit hime with $35,000 in fines but did jot charge him but charged me the business owner.
