My name is Paul and I would highly recommend Mr. Palmer as your defense attorney. He is very professional and delivered everything he told me he would, got back to me always in a timely fashion, and handled everything splendidly. We had a meeting for our first encounter the day after I first talked to him and play by play, he handled everything like he said he would. Never had an issue, would definitely recommend to a family member or friend!

I referred a difficult criminal case to Scott Palmer where the individual was charged with 2 felonies and a misdemeanor. Scott was able to get the charges reduced or dismissed so the client is only serving probation and has no felony record. Fantastic result! First and foremost I would like to Thank Scott and Rebecca for an OUTSTANDING job with my case in mesquite. I was referred to him by a good friend of mine who had a similar case. Gave me really good reviews so I went for it. From the beginning to end I was very adamant about what happened that day I got pulled over on a bogus traffic violation. They said I didn’t use my signal when switching lanes and/ making a turn. When they pulled me over the they ended up taking me out of the car. ILLEGALLY searched my car and found money a clean handgun some weed and a CLEAN rifle which was in my name. I went to jail on possession of a controlled substance-hash(weed), possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying of a handgun. I immediately got out the next day and went to see Scott. He listened to everything I had to say. He was fully dedicated on making sure he got the job done. The 1st court date was for my tickets. I asked for the dash cam video to see if I did/didn’t use my signal but they wouldn’t give me what u asked for. The dvd was full of random pictures of NOTHING I asked for. So Scott went and Got the real discovery dvd from the arresting officers dash cam. And it clearly shows me using my signals. So from then on he went for they’re necks about this bogus stop. Long story short Got the ticket thrown out 1st and the rest was history. WHOLE CASE DISMISSED. I get BOTH my guns back and the money. !!!!!!😁😁. Team Palmer 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

This is the worst attorney's office that I have ever dealt with and regret ever contacting his office in May 2017. My first over the consultation was fine, he answered all my questions, had all my paperwork emailed to me promptly but once I signed the contract for him to represent my personal injury claim, he and all his staff working from him, would not answer my phone calls, or provide me any updates on my case. Every time, I called, they would say they're in a meeting, made promises to call back the same day or tomorrow but failed each time. After 4 months and several failed phone calls and emails, I terminated him and his office for lack of communications. Ultimately, his staff advised me the only thing they had done was to reach out to the secretary of the company the company where I had the injury but did not hear back, 1 attempt and that was it!!!! This law office is a fraud and waste of time!! Please go elsewhere.

I highly recommend Ms. Pollak for all your immigration problems. I have a Ph.D. and Karen-Lee helped me to file the application for the EB1-EA green card. She has a soft voice and business-like attitude. She always responded quickly and spot-on to my questions and emails. You can be confident that she will find the best option for you. In the beginning, I wasn't sure if I qualify for the green card. I thought the number of citations wasn't enough. She evaluated my case and suggested to apply for EB-1EA first and if it didn't go through, we would have reapplied for NIW EB-2 category. She explained what documents to collect and she built my case. All my documents were submitted on time. To my surprise and joy, my i-140 was approved within 7 days and i485 was approved within 3 months. She is the person that not just formal to her job but cares about you as a client. I remember, In the middle of our application preparation I had to transfer to a different university and international department totally confused me with my H-1b transfer. At some point, they told me I had to reenter the country which would take months for me to come back. I decided to call Karen-Lee and consult with her. After listening, she gave me the advice that eventually eliminated those issues and let me stay in the country. It was beyond our green card dealings. Ms.Pollak as a lawyer is worth every penny. Her fees are pretty standard. I know there are firms that refund attorney's fee for denied applications. But I think they have a more automated approach to the application process and are not as involved in your particular situation with all the little details as Karen-Lee is. Don't be cheap on such serious issues as immigration, hire only the best lawyers. And she is the best one.

Different point of view. I was just on a jury that Scott and Rebekah defended a client. I came from a perspective of attorneys get paid win or lose, therefore I expected average representation. These two were so passionate, locked in and focused I was blown away!! This firm does what most don't... They care!!
