No one ever thinks they need an attorney until they need one. Then it’s a exhausting process finding the right one. I found Jackson Spencer online and was very lucky I did. Mark and his team began working on my case immediately and kept me informed in a timely manner. Every question I asked was answered promptly and honestly. Mark was very straightforward with expectations and never tried to sell me on anything unrealistic. During the mediation process, everything he said would happen, happened. He was firm and strategic, never letting the other attorneys intimidate him. I was very pleased with the outcome but more so the experience. I sincerely doubt all attorneys are as pleasant and professional, but Mark and his team went above and beyond. If you need help and don’t know who to trust, I would highly recommend JSL. They’ve made this unfortunate experience easy and beyond bearable. Thank you all.

First and foremost I truly appreciate Neal and his team for being able to guide me through what I would like to call the finish line. When you have someone represent you, you want someone who is going to make you feel warm in that space. You want someone to be on your team and to BELIEVE you. They made me feel heard because I knew I wasn’t crazy. ..and most importantly was able to get the job done. Thanks you guys! I can’t say enough about Jennifer, Neal and team. Beginning with the initial discussion (which they don’t charge for) they were extremely professional and made me feel safe. Their team approach lets you know that all your questions will be answered in a timely manner. You are not a number and they care. They have your back and they are experts who take time to explain how things will go and why things happen. Their timeline procedure is very thorough so that they get everything they need upfront and understand every detail of your case. Last but not least, they produce results!! Five stars and you shouldn’t look anywhere else.

Contacted them to represent me in a dispute with my employer. After paying them over $600 they advised me on my email replies and never really got involved. I feel like I need to get a lawyer to try and recover what I lost from them. It’s a shame that places like this exist to prey on folks that just lost their income. I would have been better off just signing the proposal and keeping my money to feed my family. While I didn’t expect them to win me a giant settlement, one more month would have been worth the cost and they couldn’t even deliver that.

I requested a free consultation to try to answer some general legal questions about a situation I have. Their legal assistant spent 7 days getting a lot of detailed information from me, only to tell me they are not the firm for me. I never asked them to represent me! Beware. They said they do free consultations, but they did NOT do one. I think it's a lie they use to try to find cases they think they can win. If not, no consultation for you!

These people took my case and when it was determined that they might have to go to court to help me they dropped my case and left me hanging. Did not even give eeoc a chance to investigate before they dropped me. Now I have no hope of doing anything and the company that wronged me and endangered my life will get off Scott free. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Sure there are some nice people here but they are not interested in helping people. They are only focused on money and easy win cases and not on doing the right thing and helping people whom have been wronged.

It took them a week and amd some change to get back to me after the consultation, just to tell me they basically cant handle the case. Not impressed at all. Don't want to take my case? Thats fine. But in legal matters, TIME matters. And they fell short in communication. Would not recommend.

They were absolutely amazing, staring down a legal team that was more than triple their size in opposition. They hung on till the bitter (yet successful!) end, not allowing any intimidation tactics to deter them from what they knew was right. I will be forever grateful to the entire team and it makes me happy to know that they are out there, fighting the good fight.

Considering they advertise they assist with EEOC Complaints and Disability Act issues but responded my issue is something they can not assist with although my issue pertains to both. No feedback as to why they can not assist only information for other firms like theirs. I can only assume one reasoning why they are unwilling to assist with my issue. Systematic racism is very pertinent in both our local, state and federal government but it begins with those whom are appointed to represent us. This is definitely not the constitution I fought in Iraq to defend. Your response is unhelpful but thank you for at least responding publicly considering I received no response to my general question as to why my issue was not considered. I am not angry in the least just asking for clarity. But ok it's over I was wronged yet again 🤷🏾‍♀️
