I started with this company in August of 2022. When I enrolled I thought I was doing a good thing by joining this company. When I started they told me one fee then a couple of months later they wanted more money. They have settled three of my accounts and working on three others. But I have three more that they saying I need to add more funds to get them settled. One of my accounts I'm having to handle myself cause the company went to magistrate court and I had to settle with them. I'm praying I come out okay with the other accounts I have to settle. I could've settled with the credit card companies.

Definitely would recommend this law firm to anyone because of the dedication Mr. Palmer displays. I wrote a negative review and not even 10 minutes later he called me personally to understand what happened and asked to give his firm another chance, which I did. Called me back when he said he would and personally went over my case with me. I really appreciated him being straightforward with me and most importantly, he listened to me and I felt heard. Unfortunately, I was not able to use his services because I didn’t have enough evidence to support my case. The other issues I had, I informed him I can handle myself but was difficult to understand because the laws from Texas are different from New Jersey. I greatly appreciated that he and his partner took their time to briefly point me in the right direction. Thank you for all your help!

My opinion is that this is a complete scam. Before starting this program my credit was not great but still in a decent condition with a score around 670s I was wantin to avoid bankruptcy because of the negativity that come with it. But over a year later in Worden and Associates my credit score is now low 400s which I can literally do nothing with and ONLY ONE account has been settled! Well over $ 10,000 of my hard earned money taken to settle one credit card for just over $1800. Some of my other accounts say settlement in process which apparently they are supposed to be making payments on for an agreed amount but when I inquired with the credit card company NO PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE!! I cancelled my account with this company and am filing chapter 13 bankruptcy which essentially you pay off your debt in a way this company lays out but without the exorbitant fees and takes LESS time to pay debt! Worden & Associates is unethical they have kept most of my money I work very hard for and paid only one debt with the money they didn’t pocket. I 100% would not recommend!

I got debt with credit cards around 40 thousand dollars in debt. Minimum payments were 1000 dollars a month and the balance wasn’t moving I couldn’t afford more. Would have taken 30 years to get out of debt. Words & Associates helped me get out of debt in a few short years. I’m so grateful
