Nancee was amazing. I was very pleased with the outcome and she made what was a difficult situation to deal with a lot less stressful. She was extremely helpful and answered any/all questions I had at every point in the process. The Palmer team was very friendly and the communication was great. Scott and his team, specifically Nancee, worked at incredible speed to assist in what we needed. I have never needed help in this area but with their help we were able to resolve the issue the same day it happened.
