Scott is the best! We searched around and sat down to consult other Attourneys we was desperate to find a good lawyer for a family member. After many consultations with Attourneys we felt like they was telling us what ever with wanted to hear for us to hire them. We kept looking around and we came across Scott Palmer and his bilingual assistant Priscila , we sat down and since that day 4 days after we hired Scott to help us on our legal needs. All I can say is this man is the real deal. He will not tell you what you want to hear so you can hire him. But the one thing he will make sure is that he gives a great fight and make sure his clients are good! This man will answer txt, calls and any questions you need. He will not forget about his clients. This man like I said is the REAL DEAL!!! Thank you Scott and Priscilla!

Called to leave a message for call back on Monday when they opened. Attorney answered, when I started to explain the situation, I was cut off rudely and told he didn't have time to listen to my story if I wasn't going to hire an attorney. That he had quoted me months before on the case and didn't hear back. This also indicates poor records are kept, as I had in fact called back and spoke with a secretary. I advised the DA had recommended I stay with the court attorney as dismissed was being offered. The sweet secretary suggested they hold the deposit to later assist with esponging my record. Things have changed, so when Palmer asked, I had advised that family was in fact assisting with payment. Why else would I call an attorney). He made judgment anyways, poorly, and raised his voice when I indicated I wouldn't be talked to like that for an assumption on my financial status. He raised his voice and said "I had called him at 9pm (only 5pm so he can't tell time either) and wanted to tell my whole story without intention to hire him". So I hung up. Don't use this man. Obviously unorganized, Judgmental and egotistical. If I wasn't trying to hire him, I wouldn't have called. If he didn't want to be bothered after hours then don't answer the phone and I would have left a msg as intended. Its simple as that. Save your money and time and use an attorney that cares and doesn't assume he knows your situation when he doesn't have "time' to even hear it. Let's add liar to the list as he obviously needs to in order to feel justified, he was never told to go f*** himself, nor were they stood up. As previously indicated, his secretary who seems to be the only decent person in the business to speak with advised to contact them and utilize the deposit esponging a record. How could this rude and judgemental owner have any idea if he was to be hired when he yells at potential clients. I have no record and have never been through an ordeal like this. When asked to explain, you know so that he could remember who I was as he stated, I was explaining the story. I asked for no advice. I was merely trying to set up a consultation to hire the firm. Condescending, cocky, egotistical and lack of empathy is far what I am interested in paying for. Which I see reflected in several low star reviews for this firm. I suppose he also expected me to wait a month to review his terrible attitude as well, since 10 minutes after being judged with an assumption of not being hired, a review was placed about the very judgment he blatantly places in his response. Again, if you aren't prepared to pay to stroke a terrible ego, find a better attorney. This man surely isn't the one for your job. He validates my statements his self in response. If the shoe fits.
