Good communications. Sometimes hard to get through by phone and I’ve never been able to get the App to work.

Scott Palmer was the best thing that happened to me dealing with a DWI with minor and then probation violation. I was dealing with a lot of stress when the probation violation charges occurred and felt like i wasn’t being represented correctly by my former attorney. There was no communication with him and would only see him in court (when he would show up) it was 3am, days before my next court when I decided to look for a new attorney. At 3 am I got an answer from his office and set up a visit. Since day 1 I felt more confident in my case and didn’t think twice to hire him. The best part of having Scott was the constant communication. There wasn’t a time when I needed answers and didn’t get a text back. ANY issue or question was answered and I was finally being guided. In the short time I had him we switched courts, I got a travel permit for my birthday THE DAY OF, set up my courts and communicated with all the people necessary. I was able to sit back, do my part, and let him do his. As of yesterday my charges have been dropped and I am now truly at peace. Thanks for everything Scott!!!

The customer service at this place is amazing. We sent in an inquiry on their website at 8:45pm and I got a personal text at 8:51pm from Scott. The very next day we got in for an in person meeting where we came up with a great plan. These guys are extremely intelligent and know their craft. We were given awesome advice for a price that is absolutely reasonable. If you need help with any criminal law these guys are incredible.
