Scott Palmer took on my case, when absolutely no one believed my story at all against Texas Dps (State Troopers) After one look at my dashcam video, he was absolutely disgusted and compassionate too what happened to myself & my niece. He is by far the best Lawyer in town, that will be by your side, that will fight for you & a lawyer you can trust.

Even when Scott wasn't available his hand off to the other attorneys with the firm was proper and efficient. Scott, JR, Shelly, James and Norma are an amazing team. Rebekah & Scott were Great. We had a family matter that was, for lack of a better word, ridiculous, and they handled it like Pros. They were Patient and understanding and led each step of the way to a resolution. I never felt hanging and I never felt as if they were not thinking of what's best for us. I contacted Mr. Palmer’s Office after I tried handling things on my own and realized I wasn’t getting anywhere. Mr. Palmer was quick to respond and informed me someone from his office would call me in the morning. The next morning Norma called and she talked to me and got all the information needed. She was patient and kind and helpful; not just that initial phone call but every phone call I made to her for the next 16 months. She kept me in the loop and stayed on top of my case. It was a long hard road, but thanks to Mr. Palmer and Norma, I made it through without the stress and anxiety that was building before I called them. I was so stressed out and so scared because my brother was in a serious situation and I did not know how to help him. I went to google and typed in best attorneys in Dallas. I came across several different lawyers and I even called and texted a few of them, but the only one that called me back within 10 minutes was Scott Palmer. He gave me good advice and his advice helped me to calm down. That same day he took time to meet with my brother and I and talk about his case. He moves really fast and gets things done quickly. It is funny how these attorneys can go on television and comment on how horrible police misconduct is, but rarely will they step up to the very machine that enables bad officers. Cowards.
