Northcutt & Dean Law helped me out of a rental lease (early termination) with a difficult landlord where the home I was renting was inhabitable. They moved swiftly, and within 1 business day of meeting with them, they were already working with my landlord to terminate my lease and get my full security deposit for the rental returned. This office is very professional, prompt, reasonable, and everything you would hope for when you seek legal advice/assistance. I would recommend them to my family and friends in a heartbeat.

I am writing this review for Elizabeth M. Dean, Attorney at Law, with Northcutt & Hamilton, Attorneys at Law. Ms. Dean prepared the following documents for my husband and me: Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Directive to Physicians, and Appointment for Disposition of Remains. Our experience with Ms. Dean is that she gave us all the time and attention that was needed to prepare all of our documents. She was calm and confident as we discussed what we wanted in our documents and her expertise and knowledge in preparing our documents was outstanding.
