This is the 2nd time I've chosen Mr Warmbrodt to represent me. The first time was restructuring custody of a child. Randy was very caring and compassionate to our needs. He enabled us to create the best parenting plan for our little girl. More recently I needed representation again and immediately sought Mr Warmbrodt. He and his team are knowledgeable and strive to meet your goals. Awesome job again!

Mr. Warmbrodt and his associates were partners I trusted and respected throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer my questions, they were compassionate and Randy often took time out of his busy schedule to strategize with me. He didn't merely dictate a plan, he listened to my needs and ideas....together we plotted a route to success, which ultimately ended with me winning custody of my children!

I have not needed to utilize their services personally, as I have (thankfully) never been faced with criminal charges. I've had the privilege of knowing Jon O'Toole for two years, and I've known him to be very intelligent, well spoken and extremely analytical. He carries himself with distinction. Mr. Warmbrodt is an amazing attorney. I have an extremely difficult custody suit. Mr. Warmbrodt and his staff have been nothing but professional. They really care about you and your family. I have always gotten a quick response even if it was after hours. All the court lingo can get confusing but he takes time to explain it in laymans terms. He's very kind and wants the best for your family. He WILL fight hard to make sure your not being taken advantage of by the other party. I highly recommend this law firm who needs a compassionate attorney who really cares. He will guide you every step of the way. It’s not often that in a hard situation such as cases involving your children (and faced with hiring a ‘stranger’ to protect this most precious asset) that you find the perfect fit. But that has been my experience with Warmbrodt Winslow Associates. I have found every member or their staff from the vet first phone call to be extremely courteous and competent. I came to them disheartened and with a feeling of dread and before the case was finalized had become calm and confident. Our case went to trial and they fought hard for us in the court. Results was everything I asked but even if it went the other way I’d be just as happy that I hired them because I know how hard they worked.

Very caring group and they want to fight for you. With these circumstances, it's never fun to go through, but with Randy you have someone who makes your life a little easier. Make that a lot easier.

Warmbrodt, Winslow & Associates are wonderful attorneys. They really care about the people they are representing. I have a friend who went through a child custody case and this custody battle really was stressful for him. He is a great charismatic dad so the fear of loosing custody of his only child was heartbreaking. My friend case turned out great he has shared custody. I cannot recommend Attorney Randall Warmbrodt strongly enough for all matters involving Family Law. I stood by one of my best friends as he had to deal with the stress and pain of a protracted custody fight. Time and again he told him how his attorney was there for him step by step.
