I felt very cared for and listened to from everyone I had the pleasure of working with at Palmer Law Group. I especially want to call out Caitlin Northrop and Thomas Wendt for the consistent communication and attentive prep they provided me leading up to my trial. I live out of state and was nervous and did not feel confident booking a lawyer out of my immediate area, however Palmer Law Group built that trust and maintained a great working relationship with me from the moment I hired them. Highly recommend!

I have never felt less important to someone who was supposed to be fighting for me and my children. It got to the point where I dreaded receiving or needing to communicate with Charity or her office. She was completely unsupportive of the outcome that I was hoping for and handled the situation so poorly that it compromised the end goal. There were times where I absolutely felt like she was working against me. Thousands of dollars were spent, and wasted. I did not have her undivided time and attention during mediation, she was on her phone with me while she was at the courthouse in a hearing. She caused so much anxiety in an already stressful situation and wasted so much money and time.

I cannot express how thankful I am for the members of the staff at Palmer Law Group I’ve, so far, had the pleasure of speaking with and working with. When the world felt like it was falling apart around me unexpectedly, out of nowhere, I never imagined my call would be answered by such a kind, compassionate, soft spoken, and SO very helpful, Brittany Heyder. She guided me through everything and more while helping me stay in good spirits. Thank you, Brittany. To Ashleigh Bijarro- THANK YOU for doing the same. For going over everything with me and answering all of my questions I could think of and more. To both you and Brittany, I want to thank you for the exceptional KINDNESS and understanding I hoped for, but did not expect to come across so easily. This means more than you could ever know and I hope everyone you help thanks you for what you do. It is MUCH deserved. Thank you, Dana Palmer, for letting me talk and for listening to me. For your help, kindness, and the knowledge you provided, while also keeping me attentive to the task at hand , allowing me to stay focused when I needed reminding. I tend to ramble on sometimes and warned him beforehand ;) Not once did I get uncomfortable when I needed that reminding. He probably comes across this a lot more than I think and handles it well! I am very GRATEFUL to each one of you!

Last year I was charged with a class A misdemeanor, Aaron and his team helped me bring it down to a class B. I am so thankful for his hard work on my case and the results that we got! He is a great attorney and always kept me in the loop on what was going on and what I could do to help my situation.

Attorney communication and availability with the client was awesome. Wow, how many wonderful things can I say about this law firm and the lawyers (in particular Dan) and paralegals (Caitlin) and the lovely ladies at the front desk (Emily, Maddy - forgive me if I spell any names incorrectly or forgot to mention ALL of the wonderful women who work the front)...all such patient and kind people who really care. I recently finalized my divorce and I always was treated with respect and grace. I know Dan and Caitlin are busy people but they made sure to include me in conversations and answer any questions (and I had A LOT) without ever making me feel like a burden. When it came down to my divorce, I let go of so much weight and they made me not feel anxious at any stage. It was all so smooth and I'm so thankful for the help I received. Shout out to literally everyone at this law firm. Y'all are wonderful people.
