Skilled and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately my experience was this firm tried to negotiate more with me than the other attorney. They took the easy route and avoided the real work. Fees added up and they were more concerned about payment than the urgent items at hand. I realized my case and it’s outcome was not their primary concern. Then to top it off the unprofessional communications I received from their team of paralegals was just plain rude. However the last straw was when My attorney decided just to rant and yell at me. In my opinion this firm should be put in time out, as they are childish and thoroughly unprofessional!

Randy is really good - but he gets lost when it comes to drawing a line between charging exorbitant fees and doing what's best for a family. Charging more because you're a top attorney is understandable. I think people that excel in their field absolutely should. However, needlessly dragging out a case to draw more fees is theft, child abuse, and abuse of power. My case with Randy lasted over 3 years and he charged our family almost $600K. I could have sent all three kids involved to the college of their choice for that. If you're looking to completely destroy someone and money is no object, then give them a call.

Mr. Warmbrodt and his team were amazing on my case. I learned that I was lucky to have him on my side. The opposing counsel had no chance against Amanda Martinez and Randy Warmbrodt! Child custody and support is nothing to mess around with. If you want it done right, Warmbrodt and Associates is your best bet.

I can’t even give enough stars to them! Not just Mr. Warmbrodt but his team, both kellie’s up there and the receptionist as well are Amazing! Nobody in my county would help me and my family. I googled specialty lawyers and they popped up and from the original first call to the last they treated me like I was their only client. They fought hard for me and my family and won! Everything dismissed and gone! Something that could have ruined my family this team stepped up, listened to me and what I needed and wanted to happen and they made it happen. If it wasn’t for them I may not have had much of a family left but they believed me, stuck by me and was my support through this awful part in my life. I can’t thank them enough, you can’t put a price on saving your family. I wouldn’t even waste a dime on any other lawyer, these are your people and they did everything plus more! Thank y’all again from the bottom of my heart! Y’all are the best at what y’all do!

A true "Family" lawyer ! Seldom does anyone have anything good to say about attorneys, but I feel I must share my appreciation as Christmas Eve marks our one year anniversary of our daughter having her prayers answered by the courts in Collin County. Randall Warmbrodt and his team worked diligently for several months to ensure my daughter's voice would be heard so she could establish a healthier life. Warmbrodt and Associates in Allen, TX turned over every leaf, had great forensic specialist, and counselors for the entire family throughout the entire process. Furthermore, they knew the law and it applications to the fullest; as was shown in trial when the opposing counsel whom had been in law almost thirty years was on his heels and was caught dumbfounded.
