Excellent and detailed service. We called Mr. Warmbrodt's office a few days before Christmas and they were willing to take on our case before the holidays. They were fast and very efficient. They did not miss one thing that involved our case. We won our case and were so happy that our family was reunited. We will be using Mr. Warmbrodt's firm for all of our family law needs. I can't even say enough about how much experience they brought to the table. Thank you so much!

Mr. Warmbrodt is extremely knowledgable and well versed in family law. This became very evident when my ex husband hired a flat fee attorney a few years fresh out of law school. Mr Warmbrodt has been very patient with me and his staff is amazing. We have had to jump through outrageous hoops because of my ex husband and Mr. Warmbrodt has done so with professionalism and efficiency every time. He is the only attorney I would trust with family matters moving forward.

This law firm overcharged me to write a simple letter full of grammatical errors. I was not kept informed of important issues regarding my case. The paralegals lied repeatedly. If someone needs help from a law firm with employees who act in a professional manner, this is definitely the wrong one.

Although Randy Warmbrodt was articulate and good at writing up court documents, he way over billed for his time and miss very critical deadlines on our case. His arrogant and controlling demeanor makes it difficult to deal with him. I spoke with former staff members, and they confirmed that he works up his monthly billing with the goal of charging each active case approximately $10K monthly. If you have money to burn, then you will like him as a lawyer and he will LOVE YOU. If, however, you are not rich, then you need to go elsewhere because he will rob you blind.

Overall, my main complaint is poor communication regarding documents and the entire process not being explained in layman's terms, and the office is moderately overpriced for services provided along with a confrontational attitude from Mr.Warmbrodt. The office was more than willing to call me on a regular basis to notify me that no progress was made via voicemail and also charge me for such notification. If I have received no documents or email and I do not call someone, I am well aware no progress is made. Please do not charge someone for that. Mr.Warmbrodt does not seem to take too kindly when you try to evaluate the firm. I tried to give some feedback on how I felt throughout the case in order to help him improve his interaction with clients in the future. Rather than apologizing or accepting constructive criticism, I felt rudely insulted through email with him defending himself as if he was in a court room. That behavior is precisely the thing he needs to work on. I am the client, and I deserve a little respect and should be able to express my opinion about how everything was handled.

I interviewed 3 other attorney’s before retaining Randall Warmbrodt, about 6 months ago. I chose Randall Warmbrodt because I felt like he and his staff were very professional and on point. Going through a divorce after 9 years of marriage is a very stressful time and it was new territory for me. Mr. Warmbrodt and Ms. Chandler Winslow truly had my children and my best interest at heart. It was a lengthy battle and I was often feeling very defeated by the actions of my ex to the point where I just wanted to give in, just to be done with it. They were very patient as well as candid with me and took the time to explain what some of my “hasty decisions” could mean for my children and me in the future. I would highly recommend Mr. Warmbrodt if you are dealing with an irrational ex and child custody issues because he is extremely knowledgeable, organized and will take the time to make sure you are kept informed about your case.

“The BEST Choice for Divorce & Child Custody.” The best decision I made during my divorce was to hire Mr. Warmbrodt and his firm for a divorce and child custody battle. I called in and he called me back to do a consultation that day. In the midst of difficult decisions he was instrumental in many ways that helped my case by: 1. working through the dissolution of a marriage of 12+ years and 2. helping guide me the best way possible to limit the collateral damage for my children and income. 3. helping educate me how to protect my children regarding issues of alienation 4. protecting my future when dealing with a high conflict divorce 5. position me with measures to reduce legal abuse 6. equip me with information to help my children and myself to keep my family healthy and strengthen our family bond during and after divorce. Randall Warmbrodt and his entire staff were organized, timely, and very knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. If I had any choice available in regards to divorce or especially child custody; I would highly recommend Mr. Warmbrodt and his firm.

Wow did we make the right decision in hiring Warmbrodt and Associates! I have an immense amount of respect for Mr. Warmbrodt and the outstanding character that he showed throughout the process of adopting my step son. His team is very knowledgeable, they helped our family so much and were so generous and compassionate to my family’s needs and our desires. They understood how much this meant to my family and went to great lengths to work this out for us.
