When I sat down with Josh I was immediately impressed with which he gathered and processed information, began researching additional facts and formulation of strategy. All cases lawyers work with are important to the client. But, I could tell my case was important to Mr. Andor, too. Always respectful and knowledgeable. Josh was my representative in two Criminal Cases and a Civil Case this year. Needless to say, I had a lot riding on Josh. I'm one of those guys/clients that performs his due-diligence prior to making a purchase or entering into an agreement and I also set high-expectations of others so I may not be easiest client to deal with but Josh meet my initial criteria and surpassed my expectations! I don't envy his career as I think there are a lot of unscrupulous clients but Josh treated me and my case and everyone I ever saw him interact with in a respectful manner. He is very well liked and respected by his peers and Collin County Judiciaries/Personnel/Staff. Josh is well versed on local court practices, procedures and Law. He is compassionate, a people person, family man and down to earth. I was impressed by his candor. He is ethical and understood all the facts of my case (s). His billing is fair; not cheap but as the old basic rule of economics holds - you get what you pay for, so I'm glad I invested what I did given the outcome of my legal situation. I faced a Class B Felony Assault charge, Class A Misdemeanor and a Civil suit that involved CPS and the risk of losing custody of my children. Josh fought hard and given the facts I knew he couldn't perform a miracle but he delivered the next best thing. The Justice system isn't very kind to us if we have a history of getting in trouble, so we can't be unrealistic in our expectations....unless of course you're O.J. :) However, Josh managed to succeed in having my Misdemeanor dismissed, settled our Civil case outside of court with terms I agreed to and he negotiated what initially started out as an offer from the D.A.'s office to serve 5yrs in Prison + Felony Conviction to Deferred Adjudication + Probation! Hi my grandson mother was in a lot of trouble she was charged with reckless injury to her child which carries 20 years an Mr.Andor got her charges dropped .I emailed him an was asking questions about her case he nicely anwsered all my concerns he is a good lawyer I recommend him for your needs now my grandson mom can get her child back from cps an we can all be happy again.

I was looking for an attorney that was knowledgeable and aggressive with lightening results, a pit bull in the courtroom. I had a situation that had to be dealt with swiftly and carry a devastating blow to the other party, the opposition in my suit. I wanted an attorney to spank the other party & put them in their place. I wasn't looking for an attorney to sit back & milk me out of money, my retainer, while dilly dallying around. I needed effective swift representation to gain the advantage of a devastating first strike to leave the opposition with their head spinning in confusion. I needed an atomic bomb!!!
