Absolutely one of the worst attorneys in Amarillo. He is unethical, deceptive and doesn’t follow Texas Rules of Civil procedure or the Family Law Statutes. He literally tries to make his own rules and laws. I would not recommend this man to represent anyone for anything ever. You have to be held to a standard as an attorney and he is like Guido of the local mafia. Very poor performance and doesn’t care about the ramifications to the lives he’s affecting.

I'm a truck driver in the oil fields in West Texas. Mr. Hurst is an outstanding attorney. Mr. Hurst had my overweight ticket that would have cost me $7,000 dismissed. Used David Bradley to settle a transmission rebuild and the local shop failed not only to honor the warranty; but correct the problems they did in rebuilding it correctly. Presented David with the contracts and paperwork, and he went to work to resolve the whole fiscal . We settled for the entire bill. I highly reccomend David Bradley he will fight for you and make you a happy client.

he said i would be divorced long before i had to file for taxes and advised me not to put that in an agreement over 7 months latter and I'm still not divorced and took a big hit on taxes forced to file married but filing separately the absolute worst way to file and still no divorce and no communication
