They handled my divorce for me. he told me from the start what to expect. had it filed with the courts the very next morning after hiring him. He kept me informed as to where we was with my divorce. They day of the divorce he met me at the court and covered what would be happening and it went just as he said it would. if any of my friends or family finds them self in need of a lawyer I will send then to James Abbott

The process was easy and to the point. The staff was kind especially Matt at the front desk. Day of court Mr. Abbott was sweet went over everything with me and the questions. It was a great experience.

I found Mr. Abbott to be very professional during the course of my divorce process. He is a no-nonsense person who is very upfront about what to expect during this emotionally painful undertaking. He was also very compassionate and caring about the dissolution of my marriage. His staff was more than willing to help with any questions that I might have had and they responded quickly to my inquiries. The cost was more than fair as well. I had a consultation with another attorney and he was going to charge me three times what Mr. Abbott did. I am glad that I went to Mr. Abbott for my divorce and would recommend him to anyone.

I met with him and on my first visit, I knew he was a sincere lawyer that just wasn't about the money. He honestly gave me hope that he would be there for me and my family during this most difficult time. He made my divorce so simple and easy. Mr. Abbott provided ALL necessary services and completely handled my uncontested divorce even though we had a substantial estate to divide and did so at about a third of the cost of other lawyers that I had contacted. THANK YOU!!!

Mr. Abbott was extremely easy to work with.. Very knowledgable in all legal matters. He worked hard for me and my girls, he made sure I was informed on every process being done.
