Absolutely one of the worst attorneys in Amarillo. He is unethical, deceptive and doesn’t follow Texas Rules of Civil procedure or the Family Law Statutes. He literally tries to make his own rules and laws. I would not recommend this man to represent anyone for anything ever. You have to be held to a standard as an attorney and he is like Guido of the local mafia. Very poor performance and doesn’t care about the ramifications to the lives he’s affecting.

I'm a truck driver in the oil fields in West Texas. Mr. Hurst is an outstanding attorney. Mr. Hurst had my overweight ticket that would have cost me $7,000 dismissed.
