Landlords seem to be granted the upper hand in renting transactions. I called 6 lawyers who all told me NO before I found Grant. I appreciated him taking my case against an unscrupulous landlord who denied me information about the return of my security deposit and thence payment of said deposit. He and Delisa communicated actions needed and proceeded upon my responses. Grant's communications with my ex-landlord resulted in the return of my deposit without having to drag it all out in small claims court.
