Jesse Quackenbush is quite possibly the most top notch attorney in Amarillo Texas. He is extremely versed in most areas of the law, incredibly friendly, down to earth and an absolute straight shooter. He will not feed you the typical attorney lines just to collect your money and put your file on the back burner. He is very passionate about the law and his clients. He is the first attorney I have ever met who is in it for the right reasons and not to take your money and run. If he isn't able to take your case, he will certainly make sure to refer you to someone of the highest character and integrity who can. If you want a "W" (win) for your case, I highly recommend hiring Jesse Quackenbush.

You here the name a lot, "Jesse Quackenbush". In Amarillo, (I can attest to this through unfortunate first-hand experience) you have to choose your attorney VERY carefully because it's too closely knit of a legal community. There are too many attorneys out there acting as though they are your advocates, when they are nothing more than salesmen-puppets for the prosecutor - and they're all laughing it up as they ship you off to TDCJ. The prosecutors and judges, left unchecked in Amarillo, Texas, are quite literally ABOVE THE LAW. After researching Mr. Quackenbush, (and you should do the same)and then contacting him, I can tell you that he is the FIRST person you should contact for legal representation. I only wish I would have known this or someone would have pointed me in his direction from the beginning of my ordeal. Although he doesn't practice appellate law, had I hired him in the first place, I wouldn't now be needing an appeals attorney! I'm doing you and your family a SERIOUS favor by giving you the facts up front: This guy has integrity; and this guy will not sell you out. Do some research on what kind of person he is and attorney he is - and then call him.
