I had to withdraw Mr Santiago from my case because he was not familiar with my case or its details after paying a retainer fee. Then when visiting with him about more legal actions needed he not only wanted more money (which would be understandable if he had studied my case since I had already paid him some money) but then admitted to having too many cases on his hands. Which was his excuse for not being prepared for mine and almost cost me a deadline. He could've been more honest about his time and workload. Although he did return my retainer, Mr Santiago was a waste of my time.

Yolanda, she was very nice and welcoming when we arrived. When we spoke with Santiago he was very informative and let us know of various options we had for our case. He let us make our choice and guided us along the way. He was very patient and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this place.
