First of all Mrs. Vaavia Edwards is the best of all lawyers out there today. She has done so much for everyone and went above and beyond in her services with helping people. God put this lady in my life when I was in a very very dark place.I was addicted to drugs I was afraid to leave my home on her own time she took me to get help she never gave up on me even though I was a roller coaster... I got in trouble left and right again she was alway there telling me if I would just give my life to God this life I was living would be gone. The last time I got in trouble she got me a year I was facing two because of her NEVER giving up on me and always whispering God in my ear I have 8 years clean and God in my life... Thank you Vaavia for helping to save my life and my soul You will ALWAYS be more then my attorney you are my friend

I have hired Mrs. Vaavia Edwards a total of 3 times for my child custody case. Two of the times my ex has won by the skin of her teeth. Mrs Edwards has always been ready to counter with every false statement my ex threw in our path, at times i would not have a responce but with Mrs. Edwards expertise my ex was shut down. Even the Judge had a hard time determining the outcome. He advised my ex in front of me, that i had a very good case and she should not faulter because it would be the end of her. All in all i have recommended Mrs. Edwards before and would do it again in a heart beat definately 2 thumbs up.

We were blessed to work with Vaavia on our adoption. Our son had been in foster care most of his childhood, but was already an adult when we came to the decision to adopt him legally. This is not a common thing to do - and it took a lot of research, etc. to make sure everything was done properly. Vaavia and her staff were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. When we learned that our son was going to be deployed to Afghanistan sooner than expected, we had to speed up the adoption process. Vaavia even got the court date scheduled on a day they didn't normally convene because it was the only day my son could get here for it! Such an amazing experience with such a fabulous outcome. I feel the need to comment on the review prior to mine though. The adoption decree, etc. is something Vaavia's office was so professional. I had contacted Ms. Edwards on a custody, divorce. I was well informed on what to expect. Any time you put your fate, and childrens fate in anothers hands it is scary. I was kept well informed so I could make decisions. She was always prompt and courteous with my calls and questions of which I had many. Hope to never see her again, but would use her in a heart beat if needed. She helped me get my life and family in order and custody of my children all in a very timely order.

I retained Vaavia Edwards for the custody of my daughter. When we went to court, she forgot to file my income. We were forced to wait for a new date. The second time we went to court, she again did not have my income information. The judge was angry at me for not being prepared. The other attorney had disobeyed the judge and had not brought my daughter to court as ordered. I believe that we would have had an advantage. I had to wait again, and was later assigned to a brand new judge for my case. Vaavia did little to prepare me for the courtroom. After we lost the first hearing with the new lawyer, I tried for several weeks to get Vaavia to respond to my phone calls. eventually, I dismissed her and had to pay another lawyer to finish her job.
