I have been dealing with them since April 2020! They do NOT return emails or phone calls! Please don’t waist your time or money with these people. They do NOT care about anything other than a paycheck.

My father in law has tried endlessly to try and get ahold of someone at this office since November of 2020. From the looks of their reviews this isn’t the first incident. It’s very unprofessional how his lawyer and her secretary haven’t answered nor returned his calls. Definitely don’t go through these people if you’re looking for a good, trusting and efficient lawyer cause you won’t get that here. Definitely do not care for their clients.

Since November 2020 my brother, Dominic Gutierrez, has not been able to reach the secretary or attorney after his attempts for SEVERAL WEEKS. His calls have been ignored even though he’s current with his attorneys fees. This office has not shown any concerns or cooperation for my brother who has put his trust in them. For an attorneys office, this attorney and his office has shown NO PROFESSIONALISM .

My father has been dealing with them since November..both my dads attorney and the secretary at this law firm have been unable to return any calls or communicate anything but they were able to take my fathers money ...it has been a complete nightmare he has called every week with no response since nov completely in disbelief of the unprofessional way they have handled and treated my father.

I have attempted twice now to schedule a consult with Mr Bass. The first time, the office was closed, and no one bothered to call and cancel my appointment. Today, my appointment time came and went, with still no phone call. And when I called the office, they were unable to reach Mr Bass, and said he must be in front of the judge and running late. At $200 for an initial consult, I really expect more professionalism. I will be finding another attorney.

I highly recommend Mr. Ritter for criminal defense in Harris County, TX. I had a criminal misdemeanor charge. Mr. Ritter quickly stepped in and was able to secure a dismissal of my case. I didn’t pay a fine or anything thanks to Mr. Ritter. Throughout the process he was very responsive, understanding and knowledgeable. Great lawyer!
