I could explain of what she didn't do than what she actually did! She DOESNT answer the phone She DOWSNT tell the truth She DOESNT represent you She DOESNT care about you She DOESNT Call you back She DOESNT help you She DOES take your money I think she was against me more than for me.

This lady is basically the worst lawyer I've ever dealt with. She lies and steals your money. She lied so many times in our case and took so much money from me. Plus she never calls back. The worst lawyer ever.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! She doesn't answer the phone. It takes weeks for her to respond and you hardly get a chance to talk to her instead of her secretary. She manipulates you. She thinks you work for her and not the other way around. She was paid lots of money and she doesn't care about anyone except herself and only demands more money.

We hired Shannon to represent us in a CPS custody case. She spent time with us whenever we needed her and answered all our questions and calmed our fears. She genuinely cared about us and the case and represented us very well in court. We are thankful God led us to Shannon Tigner when we needed a great lawyer. She met and exceeded our expectations with professionalism and courtesy.

I met with Shannon Tigner and discussed my situation with her we talked for a fairly long time. She assured me that she would do all she could to represent me in my divorce! She took payment up front and I paid all of her fee up front! She did nothing else, I tried to call her on several occasions I got nothing but another bill that I didn't owe. I ended up having to use the same lawyer that my ex-husband hired! She would not have even one star in the rating but it won't let me do no star! DI NOT EVEN WALK INTO THIS "LAW" Office you will not be happy!!!!!!!!!!!

We have known Shannon Tigner and Brooks Bass for many years. Both are excellent, professional lawyers. They are always very frugal with our money and they exceeded our expectations. Y'all can try the rest, but you will come back to the best !

Please do not waste your money o Shannon Tigner. She is not a great nor good attorney as she claims. I seen and spoke with her 5mos.and the day of my 1st court day. She never returns your call. You only talk with her secretary and she cant answer most questions you have. We paid her alot of money. Might as well get an appointed lawyer. Never will i use or recommend her to anyone.

This woman was awful. Waste of thousands of our hard earned money. We would never recommend this so-called attorney. We honestly felt like she was working for her image and for our enemy. Please do not waste your money and time on this person.

I have waisted my money with this attorney. I hired Shannon Tigner for a criminal case and feel totally trapped because I have tied my money up with her office. After calling for weeks straight, I couldnt get a single response on my case until the day before pre trial telling me I didnt have to show up. Since then, I have not spoken to anyone besides the secretary and the voicemail for about a month. There is no correspondence at all and I am totally afraid of what will happen. Please dont hire this attorney to represent you if you want help.

Shannon apparently comes to work to perform very routine tasks. She did not seem fairly 'equipped' to handle even mid-level negotiations, caring more about her image as opposed to the outcome for the client. Even when the other side was breaking agreements. Shannon is everything I'd want to see in the other side's lawyer.
