I hired Leslie Casaubon to handle a workers’ compensation claim thinking I hired an ethical attorney in good faith. It turned out to be a living nightmare. If you all haven’t heard please google her and I advise you NOT hire this scam artist. It’s people like Leslie Casaubon who do things for the greed of a dollars. If she has handled a case for you and had it non-suited and dismissed with prejudice. It’s cause she is working with the defendant’s attorney and the insurance carrier’s to screw over injured workers. Please don’t be her next VICTIM she a sham

Make sure you ask questions.You will never talk to a real attorney and of corse you can expact some getting lied to.I hired this firm over 3 years ago and I never not once talked with Leselie Casaubon so be careful with these people.

She had comprehensive approaches with my case: explained everything to me, my options and my underlying points of weaknesses and strengths. Bad things happen but surely and this firm doesn't promise anything but just do whatever they can to help. I work for a major airline. I injured my back at work unloading an aircraft. I have been employed there more than 10-years. I have seen 18 different doctors and have been treated like garbage. I thought it would be best to hire an attorney. This law firm's staff will never allow you to speak to an attorney. I was told I would be able to take my case to court - this was bad information. I was never able to get an appointment scheduled to meet with an attorney - very dissappointing. I decided it was a lost cause spending any more money on chasing my tail. This law firm is highly rated by Martindale. My advice - ask a LOT of questions prior to hiring this attorney
