Update update as of November 19th my daughter is still missing still have not heard anything. Filed a police report back in October of her missing. Still can't believe a lawyer comments so quickly on a Google review but couldn't find time in 3 months to communicate with me after my daughter had given her permission to. Can't believe that her comment was your daughter received a very good deal for the situation. She knew she was homeless She knew she had mental health issues and still thought it was an awesome deal to send her back to the streets with no home no phone and no way to pay the $80 a month for probation. They set her up for failure. Yes I'm sure she's an excellent lawyer if she's getting paid. Or if she doesn't have to go that extra mile and communicate with her clients family. So they can assist their family member. Update to the lawyer's answer. Because she did not communicate with me before my daughter's case. We were unprepared for her to be released the next day. And now is on the streets again. Homeless, no phone. No way to pay the $80 a month for probation. No way to get back and forth to probation. She's technically a missing person. Had the lawyer communicated with me I would have stressed the fact that she has know mental issues... And her being put out on her own was exactly what we were trying to avoid. Again thanks Bethel for nothing. She was my daughter's court appointed lawyer. They sent over paperwork for my daughter to fill out so they could talk to me because my daughter is an adult. It took her assistant a week to open the paper her her assistant's own words. They sent me up with a chat system so I could ask the lawyer any questions. I was told that Bethel would call me so we could discuss any of my questions. That never happens Call after call message after message. She not wants me with my daughter before court. I live in a different state so I was not able to run right over to the courthouse on the date of court. I did not even know what to expect. Had I known that they were going to release my daughter I would have drove the nine hours down to be there to help her get situated because she is homeless. And cannot leave the county for 3 years. As a result of Bethel not taking the time to reach out to give me a heads up. I missed a crucial window and now I have not heard from my daughter and almost a week. Yes she is an adult and can make her own choices but still with a little help of simple phone call from Bethel I could have been down there in time to get my daughter after she was sent over to the probation office. Thanks for nothing

Asks me to stop writing false reviews because she hasn’t worked with me personally, yet she is the attorney on my family members case and has blatantly refused to return any calls on the one phone number she has that works, as he cannot contact her because he is incarcerated. Unprofessional behavior.
