IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH Bethel Zehaie as your hired attorney KEEP ALL OF YOUR DOCUMENTATION AND IMMEDIATELY FILE A FORMAL GRIEVANCE/COMPLAINT with the STATE BAR. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to write about my personal experience with Bethel Zehaie, after I read the reviews from Nathan Murrell, Patrice Jones, etc. I signed a contract with Bethel Zehaie in December of 2022. She was hired and paid by me to handle my SAPCR and Child Support Enforcement Case with my child’s father. The Final Hearing for my SAPCR was in April of 2023 and although the judges and I kept asking for the final orders to be filed, she never completed them until August of 2023, (similar to Nathan Murrell’s experience with her), so I know he isn’t lying. Now, I am waiting for Bethel Zehaie to fill out and file a $8 form with the court that would move my child support enforcement case along. (The Judges, Court Coordinators, and Attorney General have consistently informed me that only Bethel Zehaie can do this as the attorney on my case.) I have volunteered to meet her at the court and pay the $8 fee with her at the court to get this done and she has consistently lied and stood me up each time. The last time she was scheduled to meet with me to get this done was July 1, 2024 she texted me from a different number saying that “she got a new phone number over the weekend.” (just like Nathan Murrell stated in his review) and that she had another hearing to attend in Ellis County. At this present moment she has completely vanished and isn’t responding to any of my emails, text messages, or any communication or inquiries from the court, or the Attorney General, regarding my child support enforcement case. The last email she sent me was an email just this week August 12, 2024 at 11:46am asking me when was a good day and time for she and I to talk about my case, and after I immediately responded to her email with the date and time, she NEVER followed through which is extremely TYPICAL behavior for her. I have asked Bethel (in writing) if she wants to withdraw from my child support case, (although I would prefer that she simply act with some integrity keep her word and see my case all the way through as I hired and paid her to do), but she hasn’t responded BECAUSE she knows that I have complied with EVERYTHING that she has asked me to do as her client, as well as what the court/judges have asked me to do. Bethel Zehaie has just become intentionally negligent with my child support enforcement case. I have a hearing on August 21, 2024, that (I had to call the court myself to obtain), as Bethel Zehaie NEVER informed me of. Court personnel are asking me where is my attorney Bethel Zehaie, because they too have tried to contact her without any success. I don’t have a clue where she is or what is happening with my case. I’m not her only client experiencing negligence and unprofessionalism based on recent Google reviews. When you hire an attorney, you want to hire an attorney that communicates well and consistently, shows up for EVERY hearing on your case, without you having to tell him or her that you have a court hearing because your attorney will ALWAYS be notified of any hearings on your case as well as receive all correspondence regarding your case. Try to choose an attorney that not only speaks but acts with INTEGRITY and HONESTY and that will see your case ALL THE WAY THROUGH. My prayer for Bethel Zehaie is that she learns to treat her clients right and work on improving her short comings. You will never truly be successful as an attorney or even a mere human being in this world by mistreating/mishandling people who have signed contracts with you, paid you, and trusted you with some of their most difficult times in life. She is not professional and not trustworthy. She will quite at anytime she wants and she will come with whatever cause and she does not get embarrassed to apologize and then do the same thing over and over.

She is like a angel fallen from the sky, one more time she performed very well in court. I trust her and believe in her. Truly an amazingly profesional women that has chosen the correct profession. I have a hard time with my ex partner in regards of following court order and Bethel with her services has filed an enforcement case against my ex she, protect my rights. Her strong litigation skills prevent the judge to belived false allegations the oppositing defense was making to make their arguments be arcertives. She is a very bussy attorney but if you have patients she will fight for you well.Thanks Bethel for you amazing work in court today, one more time you show your pasion for protective miniority family.

Modification case (family law)03/2017- 02/22/18-I hired Miss. Bethel back in 2017 to handle one of the difficult case the Tarrant County Family Court had, before her I previously hired 5 different attorneys that messed up my case in the 233 district court, but when I hired her, she change the outcomes of my case, before she filed the court pleadings she did an intense research on my case to identify what was the problem that my petition never was granted, after that she finally set the hearing and she won twice my case in court. Now I have lower child support, better possession schedules and finally she made my ex comply with the court order. If you hired her you will have a finest representation, she will be available for you at any time and you will get real results.

I hired Bethel after being charged with an Assault and Family Violence charge. The courts really weren't giving us much information at first and kept assigning warrants for my arrest, once Bethel was hired I ran through the events of the night in question and Bethel did an AMAZING job working the case and eventually had the case dismissed, we are now in the process of getting the charged expunged... I found her on Bundle something in 2016 which should have told me something would be wrong then. Hired her as a family lawyer for a CPS case in Denton County! She told me how she hated CPS. Well Denton County is the devil and I hope every last one of those CPS workers go to hell and Bethel too, because when it came down to trial, she folded like a coward! She did not fight for us, she was scared and she judged my daughter! As a lawyer you are supposed to defend not judge! Do NOT trust this person as your family lawyer. She will take your money and not fight for you. She does not return call or e/mails. If she does it weeks later or after you have e-mailed everyday FORCING a response. Don't waste your money on this lawyer.

She helped my husband get several of his cases resolved, and provided the best option available. She is amazing, we will be using her for additional things as well. Good prices great service highly recommend.
