My daughter was given 4 different attorney's in a 6 month time frame, none of them did her any good, after she passed away due to a road rage accident, I hired a different attorney and got my grandson out of an abusive home .I wouldn't recommend this law group to anyone

I am really pleased how the Jim Ross Law Group has handled both of my probate related cases. They are an open, honest, and very professional. They also offer onmi- channel communication and are very knowledgable and experienced.

TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE!!! I used this firm for a suit involving a General Contractor and my company. The suit was filed against me personally even though I had a contract signed between my company and the contractor. The firm looked over all the facts and told me the contractor didn't have a leg to stand on. The firm didn't bother to do ANYTHING prior to mediation. They weren't even aware a Lis Pendens was put on my property preventing the sale of the property. This firm is completely inept and should be avoided at all cost. Not only did I lose the suit, that should have been open and shut, but got stuck with a $9,000 bill from the firm. I could have done a better job myself than this firm did. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY, TIME, AND HEADACH. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!!!

The Jim Ross Law Group handled our estate planning documents in a thorough and professional manner. Although it was not an easy topic for my husband and me to discuss, the firm helped us with all the details so we can have peace of mind for our family. Professional, experienced, and thorough. Jim Ross Law Group is unlike any of the numerous other law groups / independent attorneys I have interviewed or put on retainer. I came to him in October, a couple of weeks after a big car accident which involved my children and I. I wish I had called earlier. In fact, I truly wish I knew about this law group when I was going through my very convoluted divorce. First of all, Jim called me within a couple of hours after I left a voicemail. He accomodated my schedule and met with me on a Saturday for a consultation (which was free). No BS - straight to ‘I can tell you right now, I can’t do X, Y or Z but I CAN do A, B, and C’. He did not sell me false hopes. His approach allowed me to make an educated decision on who to move forward with on my case. His workforce is mostly young but this quickly proved to be to my advantage (and, I’m certain to the advantage of all of their clients) as these young faces are FRESH with knowledge, sharp as heck and incredibly energized to reperesent with fierceness. When I took a look at the track record of their more tenured staff, I immediately realized they were the ones showing the ropes to the younger faces. What a powerful group - no kidding. So very grateful to have found this firm. They will be handling any future needs (God forbid we have any more needs), without a doubt.

Jim greeted me cheerfully on an early Saturday morning and we discussed my issue. In plain English he patiently laid out a course of action including payments, items and actions I needed to satisfy, and the likely term of things to come. It was not a quick and easy case yet still throughout I experienced the same initial respect and regard. The experts informed, advised, and guided me with professional, courteous transparency, focused on the most expedient, inexpensive conclusion to an unfortunate situation. His office has what seems to be an all encompassing staff of law experts so if there is ever a time myself or anyone I know seeks legal aid I will direct them to Jim Ross Law for the best application of the science and philosophy of law.
