Jim Ross & his associates were amazing.
They were always prompt to respond, professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable (if there was a question they were uncertain of the answer they’d reach out to address it). I was always informed as to what was happening with my case.
In court Jim Ross was truly a study in representation. He was forceful in his opinion of right & wrong, he fought for & achieved an equitable settlement.
I will & have recommended he & his firm, should the occasion present itself, with others.

EVERY QUESTION EVEN IF IT WAS A DUM QUESTION I ASKED IT WAS ALL ANSWERED .. THEY MADE ME AND STILL MAKING ME FEEL SAFE WITH MY CASE .. Wonderful experience with this firm. Staff were courteous and professional, and communication was exceptional, which is unfortunately not always the case in the legal world. The attorney assigned to my case did an excellent job. Once they took on my case, they turned around a difficult legal matter which had gone on for several years and brought the entire situation to a close. I have my life back again!
