Aulsbrook Law is very capable, professional, and responsive to their clients needs. I would highly recommend them if you’ve been injured in an accident. Don’t try to take on the insurance companies on your own. Aulsbrook Law firm and their entire team are there to help you.

Lousy lawyers. Lack of communication& integrity. When I got my rental .. my lower back pain started shooting constantly. Original Ems treatment plan was not doing anything for me. I asked for an xray and let them know I might need an MRI( pain was so bad I could not even get out of bed or tie my shoes!) I was vocal about this. they said “ only after case is won can we pay for mri” which was so bizarre but I understood as they are no fee.. but later i couldn’t stand it. I suggested I pay with personal health insurance and the next day they dropped me. I cannot believe. A joke. Blindsided not even “case is not looking good.. my team is growing weary.. this is what you can do..” Nothing just three months and BYE?disrespectful. In three months.. They did not help retain video footage (only evidence of other party) not even cop body cam which is a simple records request. or anything. Laughable simple task. Stores nearby crash had already agreed to help me get video of collision( with cop or representation whole reason I called this firm) When lawyers got involved “suddenly” there were issues- or videos were now only kept for 5days. full of excuses. “I’m not an involved party that is between you and cop” all I asked was if she could help amend incorrect police report by calling to see if my letter was received. That’s ALL. Aren’t you my lawyer ?bare minimum. Just found out police officer is on military leave. How fast would have a chief gave a lawyer that response vs me trying to call station for 3’months? Here are receipts of lack of communication and my personal doctor diagnosis so you guys can see my pain was serious and Aulsburk literally looked other way, sided with other party. Note vocabulary on severe& moderate. Nerve damage AKA permanent damage. Inconsiderate I would not recommend this place to anyone. They still have not gave me my case file. Once again wasting time. Maybe bc it’s only two sentences.

Me and my spouse were in an accident. We took matters into our own hands until one of our MRIs were denied. Found this law firm through a google guarantee. Seemed like a great law firm. After, speaking with the staff they claimed that we had a really good case and were getting started on our case. They sent over our contract to get started. Me and my spouse decided that it was best if only I get the attorney because of the injuries I received. After relaying this message. We didn't get a response for multiple weeks. When we called in, they said they'd have someone to call us back within 10 minutes. (This never happened) I finally got a hold of Matt and spoke to him. He wasn't update on my case so I had to re explain the situation. He tried to make excuses of why I should go settle the case myself. The main reason I reached out to an attorney us to have someone take care of these things for me, so I can focus elsewhere. I haven't experienced their services other than this, this is why I don't believe they deserve a 1 star or 2 star review.

I can't begin to explain how much the compassionate, caring spirit of Kelly Bozemen has meant to my family. In some very tough times, she continues to do a masterful job in getting to the issues and fighting for what is right and just. You can trust this firm to take care of your family too! I give them the highest recommendation possible!
