Helped me and my sibling out a ton, very professional and got to work asap.

There is no easy way to say this and I am not a lawyer but my understanding of the contract they sent me does not match what they advertise they do. I talked to them and they admitted that the contract does not match what they advertise. That I needed to trust them and feel comfortable with them. I don't! I cannot sign that contract knowing that they are knowingly leaving me on the hook if something goes wrong. Integrity, look it up.
