My husband and I were in need of securing our wills and came to The Dove Law Firm in order to get it done. We are so glad that we chose them. First of all, the office has such a warm and friendly atmosphere. That was very important for us. They really put you at ease. The whole staff was kind, courteous, and very knowledgable on the subject and answered all the questions that we had. They were very reasonably priced and I would go back to them in a heartbeat for any Estate Planning needs i.e.(Power of Attorney, or Trust needs) that we may have in the future. We highly recommend The Dove Law Firm for your family's law needs. They went above and beyond for our family as I am certain that they do for all their clients. I went to visit this firm weeks ago and had some questions about their services. I selected this firm because they advertise in my church bulletin as a member of my church. I felt comfortable knowing that. We met with her team minus the attorney and was assured that they would get back to us. Fast forward four weeks later no response. I guess that is sign they do not need our business. Were the questions too much? I just needed some clear answers especially when you are making plans to start estate planning. Hopefully this comment will help the firm in the future. Customer service is important. If you sent me an email on the 13th of December I am sorry I did not get it. I searched based on the Dove firm. If It came from a personal email not associated with the Dove firm I do not open those type of messages because I have had problems with my email account in past.

This is my first time ever having such a terrible experience with an attorney, especially one that was personally referred by a friend. When my husband and I first spoke with Carolyn, we thought we were hiring someone of expertise, competency, and genuineness, however, as the process neared completion it turned out to be quite the opposite. What we thought would be a smooth and seamless experience turned out to be a rushed and negligent product. Essentially, I feel like my experience was very "transactional driven" vs "client oriented." Hopefully, the firm will use our experience and feedback to make improvements for future clients.

They handled our situation in a timely matter, were always available, educated us on necessary details, were extremely compassionate, and gave us back a portion of our retainer when the issue was resolved earlier than expected!
