Great lawyer, kept me updated throughout the whole process told me he would dismiss my case (misdemeanor) and i would be in & out the court house within mins and he wasn't lying my court was at 9:00am and he had my case dismissed by 9:15 really recommend 5 stars.

Thanks to the Avery Law Firm for handling my case. When I called and had questions they were right there. I was so consumed with worry, but they really put everything prospective for me. I worried less knowing I was in capable hands. Hopefully you wouldn’t need an attorney, but if you find yourself in a situation that you do don’t hesitate to call them. Trust their experience they know what to do.

Mr. Avery was AMAZING!! Very caring, thoughtful, thorough and was able to get ALL charges dismissed!! What a blessing he has been.. My daughter was in a little trouble in 2017 and needed an attorney. She used a court appointed attorney which turned out be Mr. Avery. He worked it out for he, I was very impressed. Again, my daughter , I called on Mr. Avery, once again I was more impressed. Very professional I will most definitely use him if needed in the future again. I recommended him for ppl in need at my church.
