After my accident, I couldn't leave my home because I didn't have a car. Luckily, Joe was able to come to my house, and they got the insurance company to pay for a rental car. They took care of everything and even got me money for pain and suffering, thanks!

My overall experience was good.
The secretaries who anwer the phone could be more friendly they are very short at times. I have at times waited days to get a call back after leaving messages. Otherwise good experience.
