Girlfriend was in an accident. Had police and witnesses confirm what happened. It was a slam dunk case. It took them almost 2 years. At the end we only got a few hundred dollars. They were a waste of time. I regret getting him as out attorney.

From the start of my Bankruptcy, the excellent communication and handling of my case by Michael Berryman was top notch. Everytime I had a question/concern he would get me answers and overall was a pleasure to work with!!

I hired Kohm in June of 2020 for my husband, Kohm and his assistant Sam H. worked with the Defendants team to not only Hold on to my case but incorporated other law firms (without consent) to throw me off. I never received my file from Kohm and they will not respond, After I expressed my suspicions between the law firms. Also, Sam H email is listed as suspicious and potentially scam likely by Google themselves! Because of Kohms actions early on in my case, the person I was trying to pursue justice with was able to get away and my husband body was left disfigured, he lost his career path, and compensation was never issued. Please check all connections personal and business wise to assure that their are no conflict of interest. In this case everyone knew everyone.

I’ve experienced all this below still no response WOULD NEVER RETURN MY CALLS NEVER ADVISE ME ABOUT MY CASE , I ALWAYS HAD TO CALL THEM AND BE PUT ON HOLD FOR LONG TIME, VERY POOR ATTORNEYS HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! They are the worst attorney they lie scam and make excuses. They constantly turn over your case to different people in their office and thy aren't even attornys. So bad stay away!!!!! This place blows. Constantly lied to, never return my calls, and they switch people on your case and nobody bothers to tell you till you call them after weeks of nothing. I hope this place gets shut down. I am screwed! I still have no update to th if s day

I found David S. Kohm and Associates looking through the internet trying to find an attorney to help me. I was at my wits end until I spoke with Michael Berryman regarding my matter. He made me feel extremely comfortable so I retained their services. It was a great decision.
