We cant get anyone to return our calls or emails about our case. we will have someone to work with us for a month, and then they disappear. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism before and I work for attorneys. at this point we will have to find other representation because our case has been in limbo for almost 1 year. This is horrible practice on the vulnerable.

Michael Berryman and David Rossio are the best. I recommend to anybody that asks to go see Michael. He is awesome. He knows his stuff!!! I give him 10 stars!!!

I’m going to be honest: everything went well, but everything moved at a very slow pace. Why 4 stars for that? Well, my auto accident case was an “open and shut” case, I got rear ended and guilty party (other party) was readily determined. Therapy went well, however I did not like that despite me telling therapist that I felt fine and no more issues, I was essentially required to do an MRI to be released from therapy. I’ll explain in a bit why that’s important. Anyway, I finished therapy a few months after accident and 11 months later case was finally settled and I received my settlement. Reviewing the itemized support I noted the MRI took a sizeable chunk from the gross settlement proceeds. Again, I am ok with what I received, however, I could have received more l had it not been for that MRI requirement. So here I am about 16 months after my auto accident, on what seemed like a straightforward case, writing my review. I really don’t want to consider the length of time a more complicated case may take.

Pesimo servicio mantubo mi caso por 3 meses y alfinal renuncio a mi caso por incompetentes y poco profecionalismo y nunca conosi al abogado y su su puestamente representante mayra que tenia que tenerme alcorriente de mi caso en ningun momento me llamo por los 3 meses que tuvo mi caso y no la conosi ni en persona el Dia que fui arecojer el documento de renuncia y las resepcionistas con una pesima actitud te contestande Mala maneta poniendose a argumentar con el clients muy Mala experience no los recomiendo

I got in a really bad car accident in 2020 and my grandfather called David and associates immediately. They sent someone out right away to assess the situation while I was still in the ER. This was probably the most prompt they were the whole two years of my case . This firm acts annoyed when you call. They act like you’re dumb for asking questions . I don’t care if it’s a dumb question, if someone is the reason for your fat checks, I would expect to atleast be answered to with some respect .If you want a law offices that communicates with you this is not the place . You have to be on them if you want to get any updates or information otherwise you flat out won’t hear from them . The only lady I had good interactions with was misty. When we finally got a sum amount for my settlement the office made it sound like it was urgent to just say yes .without getting into the nitty gritty, This office left me confused , made me feel alone , made me irritated , made me question why I even hired the . I personally would never recommend this firm to anyone .

If your looking for a firm that will communicate with you frequently and return your emails or calls this is not the firm for you. I had my accident April 28, 2021 they get all your info then its like they disappear they do not check in, when you call and leave a message no response, the receptionist is really rude when you call and when she answers she sounds as if you are bothering her and she is very unprofessional. I did not hear from them for almost a year and I finally spoke to someone because I was persistent with my calls. another year passed and they contact me a month before the two year mark of when I had the accident because the statue was about to pass. Signed papers and still have not heard anything. I have called and reached out through email still no response.. If I could go back in time I would research on this firm before choosing them to represent me. This is not my first rodeo and I have never dealt with this type of treatment with past firms I have used. They want you to accept a low offer which I refused and was asked what do I think I should get which caught me off guard you are representing me I would think you would try to get a reasonable amount that will benefit me. They do not fight for some type of money being put away for future medical issues you may have due to injuries received I asked them was something going to be put away in case I had to resume going to a chiropractor the answer was no. If you do chose them make sure you stand your ground because they will make you believe that they can only get you 2,000. Also my insurance company sent me a check for PIP they issued this check theee times within two years if my insurance would had never sent me a letter asking had I received this check I would of never known mind you it’s my insurance that I pay for that cut this particular check, I asked about it and I have yet to be acknowledged or receive the check. Luckily my GEICO told me that their I do not get a response soon from the firm they will send me the check directly. My car was sitting in the shop for almost 7 months they really did not help speed up the process with that either so my experience with them I would maybe give them a 2 out of 10 and that’s being very gracious.
