It’s been 8yrs since I used them, and every time Ive had a question regarding my case Michael Berryman has always been very helpful and prompt answering my questions. Highly recommend!

I’m in the process of filing a formal complaint against this law office for malpractice. Horrible experience with very unprofessional Attorneys and staff. Auto accident took place in 2017 and the case settled for pennies due to poor representation and has yet to paid to me. I was promised 8 weeks at the latest and it’s been 4 months. Did I mention the accident was in 2017 and it’s 2022. The Attorney office had documents stating where I worked and given to opposing counsel that were false. Belonged to a totally different client and this is just 1 of many poor examples of how they do business. Attorney is never available and do not return calls. Staff is just as clueless. DO NOT USE THEM. For more information you can feel free to reach out to me. Also, most of the positive reviews are fake and found that some were done by the staff recently. FOR THE ATTENTION OF MR DAVID KOHM: I have restrained myself from writing a review because I don’t want to add to the negative review the firm already have, the one star I gave was just for me to be able to post this review, but it became obvious that the staff are doing this on purpose. First of all, my file was left unattended to for over 2 years MVA of 2016 prior COVID, by far the worst experience in my life. They don’t give updates, I called several times to get update on my file it’s always “oh she is on phone with a client, she is not in the office, leave a call back number NEVER will you get a call back, return emails, they don't follow up, they don't care the least bit about clients. During our settlement meeting, of May 20, 2022 one of the lawyers actually made me feel as if I was low priority when he said “ It’s also going to be a problem because you are not from the U.S. , the Jury are not going to have same accent like you have and that will play a major part on your case decision, we find that people with accent like you typically don’t do well in Tarrant County……..”Then it dawn on me that I have made the biggest mistake in letting this law firm handle my case. I regret this. 6 months after settlement, I am still having to follow up and beg them to find out status update on my file, 2 weeks ago not until I showed my frustration and insisted to talk to David Khom, before I was transferred to Katrine she promised to give me a call back , she never did I had to call the following day and spoke with Maria, she schedule to call me on 10/10/2022 she did not and when I called . Elsa picked the call, and it was the normal response “she is not in the office can she give you a call back” I said yes and waited for her to call back, she never did, then I called back at 4:30 got the same answer and I insisted to talk to David Kohm before Maria who they already told me that she was not available now became available. If my color or accent is the problem, why did you take up my case. I demand an apology for the derogatory language and unfair treatment by your law firm. I have requested to speak with Mr kohm but the are blocking me from speaking with him, the same person that spoke with me to take up the case now become inaccessible.
