Words I can never explain, Elizabeth J. Whitaker is a real life angel. I was pending a divorced with child custody issues for about two years when I lived in El Paso, Tx. When I moved to Dallas, I decided to move forward with my divorce with David S Kohm & Assiociation. Mrs Whitaker delivered me from the agonizing relationship, which had me in a state of depression. Mrs. Whitaker showed me unconditional love as if I was a child of her own. She also made me feel comfortable in regards to the legal matters. If you want to take a Angle to court with you, Mrs. Whitaker is the person you want.

They are beyond unprofessional, uncaring, and unconcerned on levels I can't begin to type out because it would be a book. They have not listened to any of my complaints nor have any of my needs been met. The paralegal has failed to return any of my calls for a year now, even after promising each time I've expressed that I was becoming upset with the negligence. I have suffered from nightmares and anxiety for a year and a month and they have not once tried to find me help for it. Worst of all is on February 5 I told her I was not ok with the the settlement they were asking for, and without my consent they submitted it to the insurance company anyway. I am completely lost as to if this is my case or their's ;this cannot be legal I am sure. Do not hire this firm, you'll do really well locating another attorney's office, I promise dealing with them has caused me just as much or even more grief than my injuries and anxiety :( This is a sad experience for me!
