This lady took a case for a friend of mine she asked the family for 10 thousand to take up his case, then quit and said she wasn’t helping them anymore she kept the money and gave no explanation as to why she was throwing the case she basically took advantage of them and when they went to ask For documents and get an explanation why she threw the documents at his mother (whom is an older lady) then called two security guards and kicked them out like they were criminals don’t give this lady your money she will take it and not help you.

I greatly appreciate the help Pia gave me. After my divorce I chose to do a full name change. Pia really cared and took care of that for me.

This attorney represented me in a criminal case. She was quick to take money for her services, but failed to deliver in those services. I really needed good representation, but her lack of attention to my case was really disappointing. She just didn't seem to care and came across as a rather arrogant individual. As with others, I experienced poor communication and she avoided returning phone calls on a fairly regular basis. She failed to get to know the particulars of my case and later discovered she actually lied to me about certain details of my case. I wish I had researched more about her before obtaining her as representation. Since I believe what she did in my case was unprofessional, if not unethical, I reported her with supporting documentation to the Texas State Bar for consideration of disciplinary action.
