Unprepared for almost every appearance. Once used his phone to bring up proceeders and statutes. The judge was not impressed, just annoyed. I lost every appearance in family court. Didn’t defend me or my character to the judge. A total waste of my time and money to loose everything to my ex.

First of all, don't pay any attention to the very few negative reviews on this law firm. There are just some people out there who are impossible to satisfy no matter what you do.... Dwain and Jack Downing, and their staff, were wonderful. I hired them to handle probating my father's estate and they walked me through the entire process step-by-step. They were very professional, prompt, thorough, and their fees were very reasonably priced. I will be keeping them on speed dial for any of my future legal needs. Thank you so much for everything!!

Mr. Jack Downing has recently helped me with the ambulance case. I was very pleased with his service and professionalism. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I was able to resolve this case in a timely manner and save some money. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I called to get some run of the mill legal documents drawn up. I repeated exactly what I wanted at least three times. I was told I had to make an appointment. I called for an appointment and was told that I had to wait until the exact time. I called back at the exact time and got put on hold for 8.5 minutes only to be told I must complete an information form with the legal assistant first. On all three occassions I informed the legal assistant of exacty what I needed. When the lawyer finally called me back he informed me he did not do some of the paperwork. I told him that it was the first I had heard of that information. He told me to try somewhere else. A week of my life wasted. I would not use them at all and feel bad I tried to use them.

A lamentable betrayal of trust, their negligence has inflicted financial and emotional distress, leaving me in the aftermath of an unmitigated legal disaster.
