Very rude secretary, Toxic, I was trying to ask if they can help me in a matter, and every reply she used was im not going to argue with you, i finally said to her im asking a question who the heck is arguing

Mr Downing and Michael was very professional and quick with helping me resolved a long over due issues. It had been over 3 years of me fighting to get this issue resolved and they got it done in less than 30 days for almost free

Thankful for the help both Jack and Dwayne Downing provideded me in 2021. Very thorough-eye for the details!!

I hired Mr. Downing to defend me in court on a Probate case in which he had a year to prepare for. We finally had our court date in 2021 via zoom. When the court session was about to begin, Mr. Downing then proceeded to go into another room, without me by his side when he is supposed to be the one representing me. I on the other hand I was placed in a room in which I could not hear the opposing party & or the attorney I was suing. Not being able to hear not even the Judge clearly due to all of the static. I brought this to the attention of Jack. He replied to me that he was aware of the situation of bad communication in at that particular room in which I was place. I then asked jack if I could be placed in another room for the court session he had stated to me no. Second, Mr. Jack Downing did not use any of the evidence I gave him to prepare for the case. When the judge asked him if he had any question for the defendant he replied no. From that point on he did not speak for me not even saying a word to defend me in court.

Dishonest attorney and unethical. Do not waste your money with this firm, trust me you will regret it.

Jack Downing is the most unpleasant lawyer to work with EVER. Update to my review10/30/2022, after claiming that I was never his client, which I never said I was, Mr Jack Downing has threatened me with a lawsuit for putting a negative review on Google. Not the kind of personality someone would want to have represent them.

Didn't even try. Everything I told him he didnt bring up in court. He's not worth using.

Helpful and made everything very easy for us. Would recommend.
