The Dauphinot Law Firm handled several matters for me and were organized and professional. They really helped calm me down during a difficult time. Both Dauphinot & his partner, Kobty were knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. I never felt “put on the back burner” or “blown off.” They did their work with heart. Anyone in need of an attorney should have one that is transparent, that you can ask questions and who is responsive...that is Wes Dauphinot. I searched high and low for an attorney who has these qualities and Wes sets the bar high. He works hard, values his client's opinions and input and he's fearless. Wes and his amazing staff (Hani, Shanna & Zach) are no nonsense when it comes to representing clients and demanding the justice they deserve. Wes is a great guy. He is focused on helping people with their legal issues and genuinely cares about them on a personal level. Unlike other lawyers, when I need to talk to him I can actually speak to him instead of only ever talking to his legal assistants. He did a great job for me and I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend Wes to anyone looking for professional, courteous, caring, and experienced legal counsel.

Hani Kobty is one of the most honest, respectful and honorable people I have dealt with. He has been my lawyer for the past 7 years; on both sides, personal and business. He is very smart, professional and will go above and beyond to win your case with trying to save you as much money as he could. We won multiple cases together. Some cases were new to him or didn’t have much experience in such senarios, he studied the case, read and learned about it and striked to win. Very will educated. You won’t regret hiring him.
