So far everything has been good, have to learn to be a little more patient but I'm an impatient guy unfortunately. But things have turned out very well I could not be happier with the way Kim has handled things but we have just started and I feel like everything we'll move along as long as I can keep my cool. Would recommend them to anybody!

Personalized attention to detail! Outstanding experience

So I called this company and asked a direct question in regards to employee representation and the person on the other end of the phone said that they can provide that. However, when I explained to them My matter I was told they could not help me and they only deal with compensation cases regarding work. The worst

Michael Galyen handled by personal injury case so well! Fully transparent, professional, and my settlement was more than I was expecting. Great stuff at Bailey and Galyen!

When I came to Bailey and Galyen for help on my work comp case, I was confused and feeling hopeless. My previous attorney rarely returned phone calls or emails. Nor did he help me receive treatment for my injuries. In the end many of my work comp benefits were stopped and we parted ways. Bailey & Galyen immediately sent me to a doctor who recommended various treatments. I'm now being seen by a wonderful medical staff who are extremely professional and friendly. Also, the team at Bailey and Galyen were able to restart my work comp payments with back pay! Kim Smith in particular has stepped up with expertise, attention to detail and kindness. She encourages me to reach out with any questions or concerns and most importantly she is timely! Bailey & Galyen has taken away my legal concerns regarding work comp which has allowed me to concentrate on my recovery. I'm VERY grateful!

Here to update my review. A day or two after writing this review, my attorney called me to repair the relationship in which I appreciate. Although I stand on what I said previously, I truly appreciate the attorney herself for reaching out to me and addressing each of my concerns and more importantly my case. Absolutely horrible! I retained this company for a workers comp issue and they have not communicated with me AT ALL yet I received a letter for billing. I just found out that Esmeralda was my case manager and she NEVER has time nor does she have the decency to return calls. When I was finally able to reach her she said that she hadn’t had time to go over my case with the attorney and stated she would call me once that was done. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received a word. I have no idea what is going on with my case and I feel like no one here cares. Do yourself a favor & avoid at all cost!

Kim and the staff were great!! Always kept me informed!! Very good at communication. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Kim was very knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of my questions and took her time to make sure I was comfortable with my decisions. I would hire her, if I need to and would recommend her.

Ian Croall helped me through this even though it's a long process but the outcome is worth it. Now I can breathe! Elizabeth was also helpful everytime I called and always called back like she said she would. Thank you so much!
