When I came to Bailey and Galyen for help on my work comp case, I was confused and feeling hopeless. My previous attorney rarely returned phone calls or emails. Nor did he help me receive treatment for my injuries. In the end many of my work comp benefits were stopped and we parted ways. Bailey & Galyen immediately sent me to a doctor who recommended various treatments. I'm now being seen by a wonderful medical staff who are extremely professional and friendly. Also, the team at Bailey and Galyen were able to restart my work comp payments with back pay! Kim Smith in particular has stepped up with expertise, attention to detail and kindness. Atty Wyatt was very easy to talk with and explain the process concerning my case from the initial consultation until present. She answers all questions and concerns and If you don't understand certain terms she explains what they mean in layman terms. She genuinely cares about her clients and I'm grateful to have her as my Counsel.
