So far everything has been good, have to learn to be a little more patient but I'm an impatient guy unfortunately. But things have turned out very well I could not be happier with the way Kim has handled things but we have just started and I feel like everything we'll move along as long as I can keep my cool. Would recommend them to anybody!

Personalized attention to detail! Outstanding experience

So I called this company and asked a direct question in regards to employee representation and the person on the other end of the phone said that they can provide that. However, when I explained to them My matter I was told they could not help me and they only deal with compensation cases regarding work. The worst

Here to update my review. A day or two after writing this review, my attorney called me to repair the relationship in which I appreciate. Although I stand on what I said previously, I truly appreciate the attorney herself for reaching out to me and addressing each of my concerns and more importantly my case. Absolutely horrible! I retained this company for a workers comp issue and they have not communicated with me AT ALL yet I received a letter for billing. I just found out that Esmeralda was my case manager and she NEVER has time nor does she have the decency to return calls. When I was finally able to reach her she said that she hadn’t had time to go over my case with the attorney and stated she would call me once that was done. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received a word. I have no idea what is going on with my case and I feel like no one here cares. Do yourself a favor & avoid at all cost!

Ian Croall helped me through this even though it's a long process but the outcome is worth it. Now I can breathe! Elizabeth was also helpful everytime I called and always called back like she said she would. Thank you so much!

Elizabeth was kind but in the end this office got too busy for our case and took days on end to respond to emails. Way over charged for a service they never completed!! She started the process of garnishing wages for child support and never took herself off the case. Very unprofessional!! Communication was very slow and Belem was rude and too pushy.

I’ve had a good experience with Bailey and Galyen. The Employment Law Department with Kim, Diana and Jonathan have been amazing!!
