I was fortunate enough to have found Kim Wyatt at what was probably the lowest point of my life. I was injured, unable to work and the company I worked for at the time of my injury had terminated my employment. Kim Wyatt stepped in and provided hope and a path to restoration. 100% will take your money and run. They care nothing about the person behind the charge. I paid them upfront ( my mistake) did not really understand how courts worked at the time. We went once and he told me to sign the first offer they gave me even though I was innocent of the charge and he understood that. If you know anything about law you never sign the first deal. These people ruined my life just to cash in quick and run. Please use someone else that cares about you and cares about your case.

I searched for a long while before I got lucky and found this firm. Now whoever reads this post won’t have to do the leg work I’ve already done it. As far as a workers comp firm they know their stuff. Kim Wyatt has a bit of a funny bone which I totally love, she keeps it 100 but can also make me laugh along the way. I am highly recommending this law firm for ALL your wc problems and anything thing else.

Just plain crooks .....started with an adoption was told it would be this stated amount would all it would be and ended up twice that as i had to get other attorneys involved and after 2 and half years that it its not smart to continue and getting charged monthly on top as my step son asked to change his name they gave me a ridiculous amount to do that i ended up dropping out with nothing but paying well over 8k very disappointed and they are very unprofessional ... Good at lies and cleaning out bank accounts
