The worst lawyer experience I ever had I will never go near bailey and galyen again. Run away.

Worst attorneys ever

They’ve waited 2 years so I can’t take my case somewhere else and then drop my case twice. Once when my son pasted and last when I got hurt at work. They never called me to let me know what’s going on with my case and when I called I could never get a call back . It’s something up with that because twice hmmm

Do NOT use this firm if you have a Workers Comp Case. The attorneys do not take the time to meet with you at all, they don't even give you a call. It is very hard to get in contact with anyone. They do not keep you updated on your case. You will have to hassle them if you want to get any information out of them. There is miscommunication between the paralegals and the attorneys. Several times I called and they gave me pushback and said there wasn't much they could do. They kept me waiting for 6 months only to tell me at the end that the attorney decided to close my case.

I have used B & G before with Chuck Rowland and so far I have been very happy with Ms. Mozingo. Top notch!

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I have used them twice. Once for a immigration case for a family member. And for that they never called back, overpromised and under-delivered. The case died and I had to hire a different lawyer even though it was a routine straight forward case. Then I used them for a divorce case and that was the last straw. I was assigned to a female attorney in Arlington named Genevieve. She seemed Ok when I met her at the office. It was an uncontested divorce. As time went by nothing happened so I started to press the issue. She started to push that she wants me to fight in court and ask for more money, which I was not interested in. I simply wanted out. When I kept pushing she moved the case to a male colleague in the office, who didn't only make me lose money but also gave info to my ex, he shouldn't have. When I told him that I am outraged at him sharing the info, he said he got the case that morning, and was only trying to do his best. Genevieve didn't even bother clue him in. I bite the bullet and lose money to my ex instead of just getting out of the marriage without any gains. The day in court was a disaster. Genevieve showed up looking so unprofessional: cheap hair extensions, fake lashes like butterflies, fake long nails and a spandex tight dress paired with platforms. I was embarrassed to even stand close to her or say she is my lawyer. B&G charged me more than 12K, and I lost money. The divorce decree was supposed to said that I pay money to my ex, which I ended up doing. And to add insult to injury B&G sent me a bill for storage fees of the file, something they never declare in the beginning. In a nutshell they know how to legally get your money out of you and make you lose cases. And if you don't like it, then you can fly a kite! Stay away!
